Preserving the asset helps avoid costly potential future repairs such as addressing a clogged gutter before interior water damage occurs. Achieving the most effective rental rate means setting a price that will result in the greatest profit for the property. This is not always the highest rental rate. For example, a property that is slightly below market rent may yield better profits due to reduced turnover expenses. Lastly, we strive to operate as efficiently as possible. This does not always mean selecting the least expensive repair and it certainly does not mean using the most expensive. We maintain the balance of quality and cost for the best outcome.
